On May 13 of the current year in JSC "Astana Medical University" will host a traditional job fair with invitation of representatives of health administrations of regions controlled by Universities, heads of district, town and oblast medical organizations, as well as representatives of local executive bodies from other oblasts of the country. The objective of the event: personal division of 818 graduates of baccalaureate, internaturas and residents of 2015-2016 school year
In this school year the university trained 211 bachelors, including by specialty: "Nursing care" - 14, "Medical-preventive business" – 27, "National healthcare" – 170. Also 505 interns graduate, including by the specialty "Internal diseases" - 207, "General physician practice" – 158, "Surgery" – 76, "Dentistry" – 64. In addition, 102 residents graduate Universities by the narrow specialties (anesthesiologists, reanimatology, child surgery, oncologists, traumatologists, ophthalmologists and etc.).
Today by requests that arrived to the university shortage of doctors in controlled regions are 1185, including requirement in Astana consists 190 specialists, in Akmola oblast - 359, North Kazakhstan oblast – 168, Kostanay oblast – 468.
By Astana Medical University the work is actively undertaken on provision of healthcare organizations by qualified personnel. The basic criterion of training quality for specialists is the their demand.
It should be noted, that annually by the university is carried out a graduation of more than 600 specialists, including by all specialties over 90% of graduates are placed in job.
We remind, that in all Medical Universities of the country annually take place job fairs with participation of representatives of the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development of the RK, healthcare administrations of oblasts. Astana and Almaty cities, head physicians of medical organizations and graduates of Medical Universities. Based on their results the graduates are being placed to regions of the country, contracts are concluded between them and healthcare organizations.
