Today in the Republican public reception party "Nur Otan", Vice-Minister of labor and social protection of population of Kazakhstan Svetlana Zhakupova held a reception of citizens on issues of socio-labor sphere.
During the reception, the Vice-Minister answered a wide range of issues citizens. As shows the analysis of received applications, the majority of questions concerned the receipt of disability on healthcare, employment, pensions, employment, etc.
During the meeting, the Vice Minister asked a man, recently arrived from the Russian Federation. He asked to review the pensions in order to obtain 100% of the basic pension, not 50% under the current calculation rules.
Svetlana Zhakupova said that on behalf of the President, the following year changed the method of calculation of the basic pension. Therefore, from 1 July 2018, the basic pension will increase by half compared with the 2017 year. For this 267 billion tenge have already been budgeted. "Today the Ministry is done in the regions it is for changes in the assignment of basic pension payments from 1 July 2018. It should be noted that the main task is to bring to every citizen of Kazakhstan, before 1 July 2018 the purpose of the basic pension will be based on seniority. If today, the basic pension is assigned to all equally, regardless of how many years a person worked and had work experience, then from 1 July 2018 it will depend on how many people worked here", - said the Deputy Minister.
According to her, this approach restores justice in respect of persons receiving the minimum pension today and having 30-40 years of seniority. For those with experience of more than 33 years until 1998, and taking account of experience since 1998, the basic pension will be increased twice compared to the current.
Also came the father of the disabled with a request to provide a quota for the prosthetic legs of the son. It is worth noting that in 2008, his son was diagnosed with "Congenital malformation. Agenesis of the lower extremities. Syndactyly of toes 4-5 of the right hand". From this point the patient was provided a wheelchair, he received a Spa treatment. To date, the amount of social assistance the patient receives is 34221 tenge. Vice Minister assured that the issue will be resolved positively.
Following the meeting, the Vice-Minister assured that all the petitions, adopted today, will be given detailed explanations and provided required assistance in their solution.
