Minister of labor and social protection Berdibek Saparbayev held a meeting on the implementation of orders of the President of RK K. Tokayev, given at the enlarged meeting of the Government of RK.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministries of agriculture, justice, finance, interior affairs, NCE "Atameken", in the mode of video conferencing – Deputy akims and heads of employment departments of regions, of Nur Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent.
Opening the meeting, Berdibek Saparbayev noted that the President of the country has given a number of specific instructions to ensure the employment of the population and addressing the provision of social assistance to needed families.
"The results of the first half of the year show that in a number of regions this work is carried out insufficiently effectively," the Minister stressed. In particular, he focused the attention on the need to solve the issues of co-financing ASA from local budgets, prevent violations in the appointment and payment of benefits, recovery of overpayments and illegally paid funds, improve the work of precinct commissions.
"The conclusion of social contracts and employment of recipients of addressed social assistance, including in Turkestan and West Kazakhstan regions, Shymkent is also poorly conducted. All these shortcomings must be resolved before August 1. The Ministry will analyze the situation every week" Saparbayev said.
In addition, the meeting discussed the issues of employment of population in terms of the state program "Enbek".
The Head of the Ministry of labor noted the failure in indicators of the program in a number of regions. In particular, in Turkestan, Mangistau regions and Shymkent short-term training is at the level of 15-20 percent of the plan. Mangystau, East Kazakhstan region and Nur Sultan also have low rates of state grants providing.
"The President of the country has set a number of important tasks for the Government and akims. I ask all the regions to be treated with special responsibility for the quality of their execution", - the Minister concluded.
